James Michael McBain (born February 25, 1988) is an American professional ice hockey defenseman currently an unrestricted free agent. He most recently played with the Syracuse Crunch in the American Hockey League (AHL) while under contract to the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL).
