Broadway started her acting career in the crime drama series Southland, where she played the role of Brooks Ryerson in season two, episode 2: "Butch & Sundance". In 2011, she appeared in the comedy drama series Shameless as Daughter in first season, episode 11 and she played the role of Rose in the television film Bad Mom.
In 2013, Broadway appeared in the crime procedural comedy-drama series Bones as Kat Martin in season eight, episode sixteen and also played Steph in the variety and late-night talk show Conan. In 2014, Broadway played the role of Maya in episode 20 of the first season Trophy Wife.
In 2015, Broadway starred in the television film 16 and Missing as Becca Koats. In 2017, Broadway played JoJo McKinnon in episode 20 of the fourth season of Chicago P.D..
