Thomas Leo Browning (born April 28, 1960) is a former Major League Baseball left-handed pitcher. During a 12-year baseball career, he pitched for the Cincinnati Reds (1984–1994) and the Kansas City Royals (1995). He is also co-author of Tom Browning\'s Tales from the Reds Dugout.\n', '
Browning pitched the twelfth perfect game in baseball history on September 16, 1988 against the Los Angeles Dodgers. He also won the World Series with the Reds in 1990.\n', '
Browning played college baseball at LeMoyne College in Syracuse from 1979 to 1981.\n', '
