First and foremost, this man is a legend! He is seriously the best dude to ask for consignments. He pulled out all the stops for me. He helped me procure John Hannah, Ioan Gruffudd, and Jonathan Hyde’s autographs on 8 different photos. Second, he has the patience of a saint. He helped me figure out which color sharpie / paint pen would make the celebrity’s autograph and whatever they wrote “pop.” He had warned me in advance that the white sharpie / paint pen wasn’t a great idea due to his past experience, but I still insisted upon using it. So that was my mistake when the quote came out blotchy and absolutely NOT his fault. I should have trusted his years of wisdom in doing this. I had been messaging him back and forth about my indecisive pen color choice, but he was so gracious, kind, and understanding of my indecisiveness. He took a lot of his time helping me figure it out. Sorry for annoying you. Third, he took the time to help me figure out which quote to use for each photo when I had a list of quotes for him to choose from since I was indecisive. Fourth, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me by asking Jonathan Hyde to say hello to me in a video. I fricken flipped out when he sent me that video. Like I had tears of joy when he sent me that video. I felt so incredibly thankful and lucky thanks to him. Fifth, I love that he took plenty of videos and pictures of celebrities signing my photos for proof. I obviously understand that some celebrities do NOT allow pictures and videos at their booth, so that means that sometimes, Paul can’t get signing proof pictures and videos. However, I was incredibly lucky that all 3 celebrities were okay with him taking photos and videos at their booths. Sixth, Paul got me everything I wanted. He made sure each photo had the correct quote and autograph. He was meticulous in making sure everything was up to MY standards. The dude is fricken AMAZING! Seventh, remember that blotchy white sharpie / paint pen? Well, actor Ioan Gruffudd used it on a photo, and it came out blotchy. Paul noticed it immediately, and he asked Ioan if he could go over it, but Ioan said no because he had a super long line of fans waiting on him. I understand why Ioan said no, so I am not upset at all. But what I love about this incident is that Paul took the initiative to ask Ioan to go over it again, and although Ioan said no, I am still very grateful that Paul asked anyways. It was worth a shot. Eighth, I couldn’t attend this con because I had to be at my best friend’s wedding, and I stumbled upon Paul’s FB post about taking consignments at this con. I wrote Ioan and Jonathan each a letter telling them how much I loved the characters they played. I totally thought that Paul was going to read my letter to them, but instead, he took the initiative to print out what I wrote and gave it to them at the con. What a smart man. Ninth, the man responds very quickly and professionally to all messages. Tenth, I love how honest he is with his customers. He didn’t realize that one of my photo prints would come out weird, and he only noticed it AFTER it came out. So he told me what had happened, and he told me to pick another photo without charging me. He doesn’t want to sell his customers bad / low quality photos to be autographed. He wants to make sure we are happy with what we want at the end of the day. He does not mislead his customers at all. I love an honest man, and Paul is very honest.

His customer service skills are superb. Like seriously. He will do whatever you want to make sure you are happy with the way the autographs turn out. He really cares about his customer’s happiness and satisfaction.

Incredibly fast shipping. Packaged well. If he is looking for an area for improvement, I would recommend sending autographed photos in top loaders. I only say that because one of my autographed photos arrived bent in a corner and the package that it arrived in was also bent in that same corner for some reason. I am not upset at him, but I am upset at the post office for bending my package. I think a top loader might have helped keep the autographed photo from being bent. Oh well. Thankfully, I could easily fix the problem.

Overall, I am extremely happy with my consignment from Paul. I will definitely be a returning customer, and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who asks me about him for consignments.
