I've been collecting and trading entertainment memorabilia since 1999 and I've eventually begun collecting autographs. Since 2012, I've been obtaining signatures from music, movie and fashion celebrities. I'm keeping most of these items for my collection, but I also sell a certain amount and that helps me pay travel & accommodation costs. RACC trusted seller since March 2018. I would have to go for Abel Ferrara. He asks for your name to personalize and then he starts writing it before you even said it. It's all illegible in the end, of course.
11 months, 4 weeks agoProbably not. You can't control fake autographs from appearing on the market. The thing that worries me more are stories about fake autographs passing various certifications. That's the real danger for serious autograph collecting.
11 months, 4 weeks agoLuckily, I've never had that happen to me. I always try to be kind when asking for an autograph and I always avoid all forms of rudeness and agression. So I guess they have no reason to be rude to me.

11 months, 4 weeks agoIt all comes from experience. You have to go and check the venue, see where the exits/entrances are, what the schedule is... It takes a lot of patience and time, but first-hand experience is the best info you can get!
