Flavin was born in Los Angeles, California, and grew up in West Hills, a district of Los Angeles. She has six siblings: two sisters, Tricia and Julie, and four brothers, Tom, Pat, Shannon, and Mitch. She attended El Camino Real High School in Woodland Hills, California. Flavin\'s father died when she was 11 years old, leaving her mother to care for seven children. She started modeling at the age of 19 at the Elite Modeling Agency.\n', '
