Purchased a signed Spielberg vinyl cover form Joseph. The item was poorly packed with sticky tape pressing up against the signature. This damaged the signature and when I approached the seller about this he didn't take any ownership of this whatsoever. We agreed on a partial refund and he never sent through the money claiming that he couldn't access the same Paypal account that I had paid to. He claimed that a 'friend' would send me the refund which never happened. Terrible experience and don't recommend anyone dealing with this individual.
