RACC Community Rules
Last updated: August 17, 2026
By joining or posting in any RACC community channel, including the RACC Facebook group, you agree to the RACC Terms of Service at racctrusted.com/terms and to the Privacy Policy at racctrusted.com/privacy. This page is a short summary for convenience; the Terms are the binding document and control wherever the two differ.
1.Conduct
Treat other members with respect. The Terms prohibit, among other things: harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, spam, and scams; knowingly or recklessly posting false statements of fact about any person or business; fabricating or altering screenshots, documents, or communications; and brigading, mass-reporting, or using duplicate or straw accounts to amplify a claim about anyone. The full list is Terms § 6.
2.Posts are the member’s, not RACC’s
What a member posts here is that member’s own opinion and information, and that member is solely responsible for it. RACC does not verify, adopt, or endorse it, and RACC is not the publisher or speaker of it. Where RACC itself speaks, we identify the statement as ours. See Terms § 48.
3.Buying & selling
RACC is not a party to any sale. We do not authenticate items, hold funds, ship anything, or guarantee any seller or any item — a badge or ranking is a reputation signal, not a guarantee. Do your own due diligence, obtain your own third-party authentication, and use traceable payment methods that preserve your protections. See Terms Part II.
4.Complaints about content
Objections to something posted here go to legal@raccweb.com. You need not be a member to submit one. A complaint must identify the content by link and date, quote the specific words or images objected to, state what the sender contends the correct facts are and the evidence for that, and identify the sender. What RACC may and may not do with a complaint — and the fact that RACC is not obliged to act on one — is set out in Terms § 41. Legal notices and process are covered by Terms § 42.
5.Reporting & enforcement
Report scams, fakes, and rule-breaking to the moderators or at legal@raccweb.com. Reports must be honest and in good faith. RACC may warn, remove content, mute, remove members, delist sellers, or ban accounts, and may publish a factual notice to the community, at its discretion. Enforcement actions may be appealed under Terms § 45.
