Billy is great, and has helped me track down and complete several pieces over the last few years! Always packages well, important for surviving international postage.
I have purchased through Billy dozens of times over the last several years; I wish he had a frequent flyer program! Ships fast and packages securely for the international trip, and easy to work with.
