In 2004 Kukulowicz was awarded with the Paul Loicq Award, which is presented annually by the IIHF to "a person who has served the federation in an extraordinary manner promoting the sport of hockey world-wide." It is the highest personal recognition given by the world governing body of ice hockey.\n', '
