Alan Michael Zinter (born May 19, 1968) is a former professional baseball player. He played in Major League Baseball in 2002 and 2004 with the Houston Astros and the Arizona Diamondbacks, and played in Nippon Professional Baseball in 1999 with the Seibu Lions. He served as the minor league hitting coordinator for the Cleveland Indians, the assistant hitting coach for the Astros, and was former the hitting coach of the San Diego Padres.\n', '
