Kostek was born in Killingworth, Connecticut on February 19, 1992 to Alan, a contractor, and Christina, a gym manager. She is the eldest of four siblings, and is of Polish, Irish and Jamaican descent. She started taking ballet lessons when she was three years old, and continued her training at Broadway Dance Center in New York City. After graduating from Haddam-Killingworth High School as a cheerleader and lacrosse varsity captain, she majored in Communications at Eastern Connecticut State University where she was a member of the dance squad, and was also on the Dean\'s List. Kostek worked as a fitness instructor and was featured in WTNH\'s CT Style. \n', '

In 2013, while in her junior year of college, Kostek was accepted to the New England Patriots Cheerleaders roster. That same year, she landed the cover of its annual Swimsuit Calendar which was shot in Saint Lucia. She also became one of the four cheerleaders who joined the NFL Tour in China as Patriots ambassador where they performed routines and taught youth cheer clinics. In addition, Kostek has served as spokesperson for the team in various television shows and public engagements. \n', '

In her last game before retirement, she performed at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona for Super Bowl XLIX where the Patriots beat the Seattle Seahawks on February 1, 2015.\n', '
