Kevin J. Whelan (born January 8, 1984) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the New York Yankees and the Detroit Tigers.\n', '
Whelan was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the fourth round of the 2005 Major League Baseball Draft out of Texas A&M University, where he played for the Texas A&M Aggies baseball team.\n', '
