Mia Gypsy Mello da Silva Goth (born 30 November 1993) is an English actress and model. Goth began her career modeling while a teenager, and made her film debut in Lars von Trier\'s Nymphomaniac (2013). She was subsequently cast in the thriller The Survivalist (2015), and the psychological horror film A Cure for Wellness (2016). In 2017, Goth was cast in a supporting role in Luca Guadagnino\'s remake of Suspiria (2018), as well as the sci-fi mystery film High Life (2018).\n', '

Goth was born in Southwark, London in 1993. During her childhood, she relocated to her father\'s native Canada where they lived on a farm, and later moved to Brazil with her mother. Goth\'s maternal grandparents are American artist Lee Jaffe and Brazilian actress Maria Gladys. \n', '

At the age of twelve, she returned to settle in London with her family. At age fifteen, while attending the Underage Festival in London, Goth was discovered by fashion photographer Gemma Booth, who signed her to Storm Model Management.
