Enos was born on 22 September 1975 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Monique, a French teacher, and Jon Goree Enos. Her father is American, from Texas, and has Scottish ancestry. Her mother is French. She is the fourth of five children all of whom work in the arts industry in some way. Her brothers are named Jongiorgi and Raphael. Her sisters are named Veronique and Ginger.
