NenΓͺ (Portuguese pronunciation:Β [neΛne]; born Maybyner Rodney HilΓ‘rio; September 13, 1982) is a Brazilian former professional basketball player. Known previously as NenΓͺ Hilario, he legally changed his name to simply NenΓͺ in 2003.
Born Maybyner Rodney HilΓ‘rio in SΓ£o Carlos, Brazil, he was nicknamed "NenΓͺ" (a variation of Brazilian Portuguese for baby) because he was the youngest in both his family and his group of childhood friends.
