Mack was selected with the 3rd pick of the second round in the 1979 NBA draft by the Los Angeles Lakers. He played with them for half a season before the Lakers traded him and two second round draft choices to the Chicago Bulls in exchange for Mark Landsberger on February 13, 1980.\n', '
