The Phillies selected Quinn in the second round of the 2011 MLB draft. In 2012, he was a mid-season New York–Penn League All Star, an MiLB.com Phillies Organization All Star, and led the league in stolen bases, runs, and triples. Playing in 2014 first in the Florida State League, he led the Phillies minor league organization in stolen bases, and then playing in the Arizona Fall League he led the league in stolen bases and was named to the AFL\'s Top Prospects Team, an AFL Rising Star, as well as an MiLB.com Phillies Organization All Star.
