In his first season with the Bearcats, Kilpatrick was part of the regular rotation, averaging 9.7 points per game in 20.6 minutes per game. As a sophomore, his role and minutes expanded and he increased his scoring average to 14.3 per game. He led the Big East Conference in made three-point shots and three-pointers per game and was named second team All-Conference at the conclusion of the season. As a junior in 2012–13, Kilpatrick again raised his scoring average as he tallied 17 points per game and repeated on the second team All-Big East squad.\n', '
