Thiago Alcântara do Nascimento (Spanish: Alcántara; born 11 April 1991), known as Thiago Alcântara or simply Thiago (Spanish: [ˈtjaɣo]; Brazilian Portuguese: [tʃiˈaɡu]), is a professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Premier League club Liverpool.
