Trevor John Cahill (born March 1, 1988) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels of Major League Baseball (MLB). The Oakland Athletics drafted Cahill in the second round of the 2006 MLB draft. He made his MLB debut in 2009. He previously played in MLB for the Athletics, Arizona Diamondbacks, Atlanta Braves, Chicago Cubs, San Diego Padres, and Kansas City Royals. He was named an All-Star in 2010.\n', '

Cahill attended Vista High School in Vista, California. The Oakland Athletics drafted Cahill in the second round (66th overall) of the 2006 MLB draft.
