Vas Coleman was born in St. Louis, Missouri, Coleman moved to Atlanta, Georgia in the seventh grade. He attended Langston Hughes High School, as well as Virgil I. Grissom High School in Huntsville, AL. He is influenced by Lil Wayne.[citation needed]
