Horrible experience. Seller never followed up with my request for a tracking number. Shipped my package to a totally different address not even in the same area code and just fluffed it off without even trying to locate it. It was needed for a Christmas present. This sellers lack luster attitude just shows me his lack of proffesionalism. We won't be buying again from this seller.
I did Accidentally send to the wrong City & zip code, which was a error as the Pirate Ship platform had multiple similar address in the same state and I picked the wrong one. Honestly nothing I could do, so I Immediately refunded the payment. Unfortunately nothing more that I could have done. I have sent out thousands of packages without issue. No apology was good enough.
