Paul is my “Go To” guy for celeb signings in the UK. He is trustworthy, reliable, kind, honest, friendly, and extremely helpful. He responds fast to messages. I always have him print my images for me (I obviously pay him for the prints), and then we figure out which color would best suit the image. I always have him write down whatever I want written on the image on a Post It note and then he sends it to me so that I can double check it. Once he has my approval, he would take my item(s) to the con to get them signed. Last time, one of my signed item was bent in a corner since it wasn’t in a top loader when he sent it to me. I didn’t know that top loaders weren’t popular in the UK, and I had no clue that my items would not have been sent in a top loader. Had I known, I would have told Paul and paid him to buy the top loaders to place them in it for shipping. I knew this time around. This time though, he kindly put my signed item in his used top loader for free. I didn’t even mention it. Dude is super sweet, thoughtful, and considerate. I can’t wait to have him help me with more stuff in the future. I highly recommend him. You seriously can’t go wrong with this man. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy.

The windows don't look like they have been swapped at all and all 3 pops look perfect. Arrived super quickly and really pleased with them

I have used East Coast Collector's Service for numerous projects, but the latest is my poster from The Goonies. This thing was in the hands of a bunch of companies which caused me issues, but with East Coast they always got the pen choice, placement, authentication, etc. correct while taking great care of the item.
