Follows the directions on the sticky, uses the marker you send, takes pictures of the celeb signing your, updates his Facebook page daily while attending shows so you see the process if your item got signed that day or if it will be next day, and ships back shortly after the show. The communication is fantastic. You really can’t ask for more from a facilitator.
