Harry did an amazing job getting Arnold Schwarzenegger to sign the backlite for my Terminator 2 pinball machine. He handled my item with care, kept me updated, packaged it expertly for return shipping, sent me video of the item being signed, and made sure Arnold used a properly prepped paint pen and signed in the area I requested.
