I am a returning customer of Ifran. Not gonna lie, but Ifran and I kinda got off to a bumpy start in our second transaction. Honestly, this entire second transaction was bumpy. Anyways, I made the mistake of giving him my personal phone number back in October 2025 so that he would reach me more easily because in the past, we had been chatting via email. Let me explain. At first, we were texting each other just fine. Then all the sudden, I stopped receiving texts from him. I didn’t think much of it because I thought he no longer wanted to sell the item to me because I had requested him to send the item that I wanted to Beckett Authentication Services (BAS) before purchasing. And in response, he wanted me to pay more than I could afford / within my budget because it would then have the BAS sticker. He said that because of the BAS sticker, the item would go up in value. I told him that I was firm on the price even after it got authenticated. Then, he said he was okay with my budget and would send the item to BAS once I paid him. I told him that I have been scammed before by other sellers, and I had to be cautious. Therefore, I didn’t feel comfortable paying him until AFTER the item had been verified by BAS. I told him that I was firm on my budget, and I wouldn’t be paying him more after it gets authenticated. He kept trying to convince me to pay him more money for the item. I kept refusing. Then, I stopped hearing back from him. So that’s why I wasn’t surprised when I stopped hearing from him. I thought he wanted to sell the item to someone else for a much higher value, which would have been fine by me. I’m not gonna get upset if I don’t get the item. He’s the seller. He can do whatever he wants. Apparently, he had sent the item to BAS to get it authenticated back in October 2025, and he was texting me, but as I later discovered, he was texting my email address. The problem is, my email address isn’t associated with my Apple account, so I never received a single message from him since he stopped messaging me in October 2025. Fast forward to February 2026, I get an email from Ifran asking me if I was still interested in the item, which I obviously still was. He told me he had sent the item to BAS and it passed. I text his phone number. He proceeds to send me screenshots of him texting me, which I never received because, as it turns out, he had been texting my email address, which again, wasn’t associated with my Apple account. It explains why I never heard back from him. Obviously, he is upset, and rightly so, because he thought I just ghosted him, which is extremely rude. Now, I obviously wasn’t ghosting him, but he didn’t know that. It was just a simple mistake. He should have emailed me much sooner than waiting until February 2026 to get in touch with me. Moreover, he also wasn’t clear that he was going to send the item to BAS irregardless of whether or not I paid him back in October 2025. And more so, paying him more than I could afford since it had the BAS sticker. I genuinely felt bad for him because he thought I was a horrible person for ghosting him, so I apologized to him. My husband found out about what had happened and was upset at me for apologizing for something that wasn’t my fault, so prior to this second purchase, I needed him to calm the F down. In our household, we both agreed that anything over $500 must be discussed and approved by both individuals. Since he was upset at me, he didn’t approve of this purchase at that moment. After waiting a couple of days for him to cool down, he approved the purchase. Our next hurdle was the payment process. Ifran’s PayPal account wasn’t working, so he wanted me to use Revolut; however, when I tried to pay him using Revolut, I wasn’t able to. I tried several times, but the payment wouldn’t go through. I called my bank, and it turns out, my bank recognizes Revolut as a scam. So they denied payment. This was a MAJOR red flag for me because now, I start to think that Ifran is trying to scam me. I obviously become very worried and distrust Ifran. My husband tells me not to use anything else besides PayPal for this transaction with Ifran, and I let him know. Now that I am more wary of Ifran, I start to research him, and I come across a negative review on his RACC page. Apparently, the other customer received a damaged item, which I had interpreted as Ifran not packaging the item well. The other customer who left him a negative review had reached out to Ifran to work something out with him, and Ifran didn’t do much for him except a discount on a future purchase. The customer was dissatisfied. This obviously was a red flag for me because I was worried that something similar like that would happen to me. Eventually, Ifran figured out how I could pay him via PayPal. Me, freaking out because of all of those red flags, wanted to hear from Ifran that he would package my item well and honor his return and refund policy in case something happens during shipping. He didn’t agree or disagree to packaging my item super well and honoring his return and refund policy. Instead, he told me to trust him because he has sold many items without issues and that I had bought from him before with no issues. Prior to me purchasing again from him, I also asked around and many people vouched for him. I even reached out to the person who wrote that negative review. Finally, I just decided to pull the trigger. I honestly just wanted this to be over with. I paid him via PayPal. It took him about a week to send me the item and get the tracking info to me. Item arrived extremely quickly. My item was packaged very well and securely. It arrived safe and sound, thankfully. For an expensive item, I was shocked that he sent the item without a signature request. Interesting choice. Anyways, at the end of the day, I am very happy to have this item up on my wall. I removed one star because I sincerely think he could work on his communication skills with his customers.

Item arrived damaged. Contacted seller and all he would offer was a refund on a future purchase. I will not buy from again.
