Recently made a request for a voice recording from Eric Stuart (James/Brock from the early Pokémon series) and was given all the details I needed to know from Richard regarding price, script length etc. Despite the lack of clarity from Phoenix Expo regarding recordings he was able to calmly find out the information that very day at the venue and delivered my order with no problems. I was given a clean and well-edited recording very shortly after he returned from the expo and the voice clip was exactly how I wanted it (name pronunciation and the flow was all correct). Would recommend for anyone who needs an autograph/voice recording fetcher they can trust. I'll definitely be making orders in the future I'm sure. Thanks again!
My wife and I had to leave the Creation Entertainment Stargate convention in Chicago before we could get Amanda Tapping's autograph. We left our photo-op picture with Richard, and he got the autograph for us! Richard was super easy to communicate with, shipped our autograph quickly, and was all around a pleasure to interact with. Thanks Richard!
I am so thankful I asked Richard to get me these autographs. I was so upset I couldn't go myself. I was able to send Richard my pictures that was already signed by RDA so I can continue filing with the rest of the team. He was professional and sent me this picture as soon as both signatures were done. I am so excited and can't wait to receive my portrait in the mail. I will definitely be going to Richard for signatures again.
Richard was awesome! He responded quickly and made sure that I knew when he would be at the convention and when I could expect to see the final autograph. He was amazing! He let me see the selection of available photos, marker color choices on said photo, and gave me the option of a personalization.
Trusting somebody with your money and hoping you get what you wanted is something that stresses me out, but there was no stress with Richard. He gave me all of the info upfront and made sure that I could truly get what I wanted. He was kind throughout the whole transaction and I'm glad I found him. Can't wait to order more autographs from him!
All i can say is that i truly have nothing but love for Richard Genera. You sir, have gone above and beyond and granted me the amazing signature of Tara Strong on my Black, White and Red all over Harley Quinn collectable figure. You gave me constant updates, offered me both selection of what i would like written to me from Tara as well as a multitude of ink choices. I am floored by your service and dedication in getting me this memorabilia and keeping my mind and concerns very relaxed.
