Hi, I have been collecting autographs for 40 years. I started in 1983 when I moved to LA from Nottingham, UK. My uncle was a Butler to the stars and worked for Rock Hudson and Frank Sinatra to name a few. I spent time at the houses and also had a job working in Beverly Hills, Malibu and Bel air for 12 years. Because of this I had access to autographs regularly and know the difference between "secretarial signatures" and the real thing. I collected a large amount of face to face signings over this period that I still have.
The list of celebrities i have met at there homes is very high.
Over the years I have continued to get more experience when i came back to UK, i owned my own Chauffeuring company in the UK and looked after many celebrities over the years.
Now I own my company framing of memorabilia "Framedwright" so I see signatures on a regular basis and can spot fakes etc and advise customers on purchases and reputable sellers.
I cover Film, TV, Sports related especially Soccer or Football to be accurate lol.
