Would love to leave 0 stars. This person has done nothing but lie to me. Paid for a signed image 2 1/2 months ago. 2 wks pass - nothing. 3 wks pass - nothing. Finally mails it. He sent the wrong flipping photo. I contact him again. More apologies - tells me to keep the photo I don't want. 2 more weeks - nothing. I ask where is the flipping photo - he cops an attitude and asks why I wasn't more appreciative of the free photo (that I didn't want and offered to mail back if he would pay for shipping). Says he mailed it. A week passes - no tracking no work. Where is the photo I ask again? "You'll have it by Tuesday" I wait until Thursday - so its been another 15 days - where is the photo? "Oh I was at a show" So this "RACC Trusted Seller" ignored me 5x. Lied to me 4x and I still don't have the photo. I don't know how someone can be a RACC Trusted Seller and care so little about your customers. I'm not sure if the seller gets a rebuttal on feedback, but he can't say that the above isn't true - I have the entire messenger dialogue with dates to back this up. I have sold on eBay for 26 years and the solution would have been to immediately overnight my photo and refund part of the sale price - A MONTH AGO!!!! That's how a good vendor takes care of his customers and ensures more business. I hope this guy can never make another RACC sale - he doesn't deserve it.
