I purchased a Jason Alexander autograph on 8/28 from Josh. I reached out multiple times to check when it was being shipped, I received nothing but silence. On October 5th, I finally got a response that it would ship that week, but never received a tracking number or that it went out. I reached out again but no response. Very disappointing.
