James is the man! He helped my friends and I, one of which out of the country, attain Jim Cummings on the brand new Hondo pop. His communication and knowledge was top notch and I already plan to have him help several times in the next year!

James is awesome. He really went out of the way for me. He took on a consignment last minute, when I'm sure he had a ton of stuff already for a con. Lawler had never signed the poster I sent, so he gave James a signed photo for me. James took the time to send it in a top loader, individually of my poster, taking on the shipping himself. He also provided a wonderful note about the experience. So glad I went with James.

Billy Lomas is an absolute Top Boy. I’ve bought several things from him the past year aswell as items from other members (Lee) of Ink2Grails. I’ve most recently bought a Rhys Iran’s signed ‘The Lizard’ Pop Vinyl and it’s arrived today!

Always exactly what he says it is, always arrives on time or earlier than expected and always there to chat about items I’m interested and where/who they are expecting to see next.

I have been in the Facebook group for quite a while now. I have made several purchases from Billy and others trusted within this fine group. They have created a community within the page which is constantly developing and thriving, full of likeminded individuals! It is a good place to be.

They price items fairly, they often run auctions, flash sales and other posts which allows you to secure authentic signed items at bargain prices. They dispatch items very fast and package them safe for transit to you.

They often have giveaways when the group reaches X amount of people and they have given lots of items away which are desirable.

They are constantly refreshing their inventory and often get impressive IP autographs from big name celebrities. I always look forward to an auction when they have added lots of new items!

Great quality autographs over 5 pieces so far. Billy Lomas has been fantastic in organising some of the specific autographs that I was looking for. The group has some great collectors pieces and always fill the buyer in to how the autograph was obtained. Its also good to know that Billy and the team are collectors themselves. I recently purchased an Alice Cooper signed Welcome to my nightmare LP from RACC Facebook. Seller was punctual and offered free overnight fedex shipping and packed the item very well and shipped it fast. Problem is the album had a lot of undisclosed damage such as a large crease and half the cover was covered with writing impressions from someone writing on something over it. Impossible not to see. I made the seller aware and I was told in so many words too bad, no refunds. While refunds aren't required for Trusted Sellers there is a code of ethics we Trusted Sellers follow, and this was a breach of that code imo and not what being a TS is all about.

I sent in 10 Pop boxes total for the GalaxyCon event - 1 of them for a simple personalization (as it had been autographed before), and the other 9 for autographs and personalization. And of those 10 sent in, 8 were signed and personalized just like I'd hoped for. The only reason for the other 2 not getting signed? The voice actor was sick.

It wasn't his (the voice actor's) fault. It wasn't JL Collectibles' fault. But in the end, I am thrilled with what was done. Definitely an amazing service and I hope to work with them again in the future!
