Pawel is a great RACC Trusted seller who I have done business with twice to date and I'm sure I will do business with again in the future. He has offered members several opportunities to get items from celebrities who are often known as hard gets or bad signers and in some cases even provide personalization. My favorite piece being a signed photo from Bruce Dickinson (lead singer of Iron Maiden) personalized to me. Not only did he print a photo I provided him he provided a photograph of exact signing proof. I was so impressed with the quality of this item I had to buy my wife an autographed Taylor Swift photo to hang next to it for permission to hang it outside of my man cave. I saw Pawel did get a bad review for shipping time and buyers do have to realize that Pawel is an international seller which means shipping time can take up to two weeks or more just on travel time and there is always a chance that an item will get stuck in customs which is out of the sellers control. Also if something is being purchased for consignment there may be weeks or months of lead up to the autograph being obtained, so pay attention to details provided in the original post. That being said international sellers provide unique signing opportunities that would otherwise not exist. The only piece of constructive criticism I would give is he did send the item in a tube and a flat with a top loader would be a strong preference of mine especially for international shipping where it greatly reduces the chances of damage occurring.

Pawel over the past year or so. A highly trusted seller who always provides a great service. He has gotten a few items that were certainly top of my wish list. I hope to do a lot more business with him this year. 😊

Product - 4/5, poster was a bit dinged up on the edges, but fine enough
Shipping - 1/5, Took 7 weeks from payment to door, sent with no tracking in average tube
Communication - 0/5, to be frank, seller was a jerk. Consistently tried to gaslight me for simply asking for status updates, thought being worried about a product with NO tracking not having arrived after 6 weeks was unwarranted. As a seller myself, this is unfathomable.

Overall - 2/5 is GENEROUS. I will never buy from Pawel again - he did less than nothing to make me feel like he gave a single sh*t about my purchase. Time after time he was disrespectful to me through messages. A simple question of "when will you ship my item?" days after payment was met with a "get a grip" and "Im tired of yourself".

I have no doubt that Pawel will message me after this review, but I want to ensure others are able to read a realistic view of his services.
