My wife and I had to leave the Creation Entertainment Stargate convention in Chicago before we could get Amanda Tapping's autograph. Richard was awesome! He responded quickly and made sure that I knew when he would be at the convention and when I could expect to see the final autograph. He was amazing! He let me see the selection of available photos, marker color choices on said photo, and gave me the option of a personalization.
Trusting somebody with your money and hoping you get what you wanted is something that stresses me out, but there was no stress with Richard. He gave me all of the info upfront and made sure that I could truly get what I wanted. He was kind throughout the whole transaction and I'm glad I found him. CPA has been a great company to work with. They have taken care of my already signed pieces, informing me that they arrived safely, taking pictures during the consignment/signing if possible, and shipping back promptly. Heir communication is outstanding as well. They message back typically within minutes. I’ve been a big fan for a while, and I am/will continue to send them items. Purchased a Geezer Butler LP from Lance's ebay store and received it in less that a week. Corner and side got a little bent up during shipping but to no fault of seller. Item was wrapped perfectly and he even offered to make up for it during a future transaction. A great RACC seller!
