Recently made a request for a voice recording from Eric Stuart (James/Brock from the early Pokémon series) and was given all the details I needed to know from Richard regarding price, script length etc. Despite the lack of clarity from Phoenix Expo regarding recordings he was able to calmly find out the information that very day at the venue and delivered my order with no problems. I was given a clean and well-edited recording very shortly after he returned from the expo and the voice clip was exactly how I wanted it (name pronunciation and the flow was all correct).
